Thermo Fisher Scientific QuantStudio 5 Spectral Calibration Plate 1 (FAM, VIC, ROX, TAMRA, SYBR)
This plate establishes the pure dye spectra and multicomponent values for FAM™, VIC™, ROX™, TAMRA™, and SYBR™ dyes on Applied Biosystems™ QuantStudio™ 5 384-well real-time PCR system. It enables simultaneous multiple dye calibrations in one plate, significantly reducing effort and time required for dye calibration.
